HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE SITE?

Select the desired product and go to its page by clicking on the product image. On the product page, you will see a description of the composition, read the characteristics of the product and select the size and quantity you need. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. If you want to continue shopping, go to the category of goods you are interested in or to the product you need. To complete your purchases, go to the shopping cart (in the upper right corner of the site). To remove unnecessary items from the basket, click on the "Remove" button, which is located on the right. Confirm the deletion. To place an order, click on the "Place an order" button. Next, you will see a menu of three sections: method of receipt, method of payment and confirmation. On the page "How to receive", fill in all the required items. You can also choose the "Pickup" option and purchase the product you need in our showroom at Moscow, Stolyarny lane 3/8 "Payment method" choose the most convenient payment method for you (cash payment in the store, payment by credit card on the website, payment through the system PayPal) and click the "Continue" button. Please check your order on the Confirmation page. If necessary, add comments to the order. Then click the "Checkout" button.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF THE GOODS ARE NOT AVAILABLE?

We accept orders for all custom made leather items / standard size, if not available. The term for the production of an order is set individually and is executed upon making 100% of the payment.

INDIVIDUAL ORDER

1. Please note that the term of execution of goods to order is: 14 working days (excluding the day of the order). If possible, we hand over the order earlier or by individual agreement, but we reserve the right to hand over the order in accordance with the term indicated above.

2. The order must be picked up within 20 calendar days. Further, the cost of the storage will be 250 rubles per day. The order is disposed of after 6 months of storage.

3. Goods made to order (standard size or according to individual measurements ) are non exchangeable and non refundable in case of proper quality of the goods. When ordering products by individual measurements , You can make your edits 1 time after receiving the order. If you accepted the product and took it from the store, then the subsequent claims on it will not be accepted (regarding alteration of size, fit, etc.)
