HOW TO ORDER ON THE SITE?

 Select the desired product and go to its page by clicking on the product image.  On the product page you will see a description of the composition, get acquainted with the characteristics of the product and select the size and quantity you need.  Click on the “Add to Cart” button. If you want to continue shopping, go to the product category that interests you or to the product you need. To complete your purchases, go to the basket (in the upper right corner of the site).  To remove unwanted items from the basket, click on the “Delete” button, which is located on the right. Confirm removal. To place an order, click on the "Place an order" button. Next, you will see a menu of three sections: the method of receipt, method of payment and confirmation.  On the "Method of receipt" page, fill in all the necessary items. You can also select the “Pickup” option and purchase the goods you need in our showroom (Moscow,Blagoveshensky pereylok 1A, office 1) of the “Payment Method, choose the most convenient payment method for you (cash payment (available only in Moscow ) , payment by credit card on the website, payment via PayPal) and click "Continue."  On the Confirmation page, please check your order. If necessary, provide comments on the order. Then press the button “Place an order”.

 CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?  Yes of course. Just call us at +7 (966) 376-40-28 from 13.00-21.00 Moscow time.

 IS THE PRODUCT RESERVED IN A BASKET? 

 No, the goods are reserved only after placing the order.

 

HOW TO FIND OUT THAT MY ORDER IS FURNISHED?  

You will receive a notification to the specified e-mail with order confirmation.  Also, some time after placing an order, a manager will contact you to clarify the order, as well as its time and place of delivery.

 CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO ORDER OR CANCEL IT? 

 If you decide to make changes or cancel the order, please contact the customer service of the online store by phone +7 (966) 376-40-28.

 CAN I ORDER IF THE GOODS ARE NOT AVAILABLE?

 Yes, you need to come to the Showroom address: Moscow, Blagoveshenskiy pereylok 1 A, or contact us by phone +7 (966) 376-40-28.

 We accept orders for all leather items by individual standards / standard size, if this is not available.  The deadline for making an order is set individually and executed when 50% of the prepayment is paid.
